As part of the Spring Korean League event, Shiny Poipole will be distributed from March 31 to April 1 in South Korea.
It will be at level 40, contained in a Cherish Ball, and have the moves:
The distribution will be held at Pyeongchon Lotte Department Store (2nd Floor), from 12PM to 5PM via infrared.
This event is for the games Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.
