Shiny Tapu Koko is now available via Mystery Gift using Nintendo Network for American region, PAL region, and Taiwanese region Pokémon Sun and Moon. It will be available until August 14, 2017.

This Tapu Koko is level 60, has the Ability Electric Surge, holds an Electric Seed, has a Timid nature, and knows the moves Nature's Madness, Discharge, Agility and Electro Ball. Its Trainer ID number is 170714 and it is in a Cherish Ball; its Original Trainer is Melemele in English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese; Mele-Mele in French and German; and Mele Mele in Italian.

Wild Tapu Koko cannot be Shiny in the games, making this and the Japanese, Korean, and Hong Kong and Taiwan distributions the only ways to obtain it at present. It can obtained even in games that have already obtained one of those distributions.
