To mark the opening of Japan's latest Pokémon Center in Tokyo Bay, an event Inkay will be available to visitors.

The Revolving Pokémon, which appears on the Tokyo Bay Pokémon Center's logo, will be Level 10 and in a Cherish Ball, holding an Aspear Berry.

It knows the moves Foul Play, Hypnosis, Topsy-Turvy and a move called Happy Time in Japanese, for which the official translation is not yet known.

The event will run from November 22, 2013 to January 26, 2014.
