Suki Waterhouse

The Hollywood Reporter announced on February 1st, 2018 that Suki Waterhouse, most known for her role in Assassination Nation, will join the film cast but it is currently not known what her role in the film actually is.

Rob Letterman is directing the movie, which began filming in January in London. Ryan Reynolds will be voicing Detective Pikachu. Justice Smith will play the male lead, and Kathryn Newton, will play the female lead Lucy, and Ken Watanabe will play Detective Yoshida. Recently, Bill Nighy and Chris Geere were confirmed to be in the cast as well.

The film is set to debut in cinemas on May 10th, 2019.
