Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon poster

The first two episodes of the 20th season of the Pokémon anime, Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, and the 19th movie, Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel, will air on Disney XD on Dec. 5, 2016 in the United States. These two episodes are only a preview; the entire season Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon will air in early 2017.

Pokémon animated content currently airs on Disney XD in Europe. Disney XD's predecessor, Toon Disney, aired movies four through seven in the US.

Additionally, Disney XD also has the rights to air the 19 previous seasons, as well as 15 movies. Additional air dates for Pokémon animated content on Disney XD in the US will be announced at a later date.
