Why does the article say he designed all 151 original ones? This cannot possibly be true because there are four people credited under Pokémon design for Red and Green. Maverick Nate 19:03, 23 February 2011 (UTC)

Well... that's what Wikipedia says, and they cite this article. It's also been the received wisdom on the matter since forever. I originally intended to use our own Sugimori page as a source, only to find it's in a shocking state. I'm not disagreeing with you necessarily, I'm just going with the information I was able to find. George Hutcheon 19:16, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
I've reworded the article slightly to allow for him not having had a hand in all 151... we should really check up on this, though, because at the moment our page says nothing one way or the other. George Hutcheon 19:25, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
The thing about that source is that it says he drew all of them. He does draw the official art for all Pokémon (even now), but that is not the same as designing them. Also, many of our people articles are lacking, even for big name people. --SnorlaxMonster 06:37, 24 February 2011 (UTC)
