View source for Talk:Member Card to be available to North American and PAL Platinum players

So, just to make sure, this offer is NOT available to owners of Diamond or Pearl? I know the provided links pretty much spammed the word "Platinum" but they didn't actually say "Platinum only" or "no Diamond or Pearl"...

:Japan had no Member's Card in DP, so the rest of the world won't get the Member Card in DP either.
