Gosh that's a odd translation. Anyway. The summary in question says that they meet 'the lost "Fang Pokemon", Kibago', with Fang Pokemon being Kibago's classification (Tusk Pokemon in English games). Newtype's summary is just that 'With the Gym Battle concluded, Satoshi and friends go to cross the drawbridge only to find it has broken down, and decide to go sightseeing instead.'
