::Actually, I would believe that the trademarks need to be registered under that section of Goods and Services, because of the manner in which the games can utilise Nintendo Wi-Fi. - Actually, I would believe that the trademarks need to be registered under that section of Goods and Services, because of the manner in which the games can utilise Nintendo Wi-Fi.
