From noon-4 p.m. Nov. 8-9, Toys "R" Us stores in the United States and Puerto Rico will give out Level 50 {{p|Dragonite}}s, even though {{p|Dragonair}} doesn't evolve until Level 55. Pokémon.com said "it will be able to enter official tournaments that are limited to Level 50 Pokémon." The site also said this Dragonite will already know several moves it doesn't learn until later levels. More details will be posted on the site closer to the event.


On November 8th and 9th, Toys'R'Us stores in the United States and Puerto Rico will give out level 50 Dragonites, even though Dragonair usually doesn't evolve until level 55. Pokémon.com states that the reason for this is so that "players will be able to enter it in tournaments that are limited to level 50 Pokémon." It is also stated that this Dragonite will learn several moves that it doesn't even learn until much later.
Players of [[bp:Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Versions|Pokémon Diamond and Pearl]] will be able to download the Pokémon to their games.
