On November 8th and 9th, Toys'R'Us stores in the United States and Puerto Rico will give out level 50 Dragonites, even though Dragonair usually doesn't evolve until level 55. Pokémon.com states that the reason for this is so that "players will be able to enter it in tournaments that are limited to level 50 Pokémon."
Pokémon.com stated that the promotional Dragonite "will be able to enter official tournaments that are limited to level 50 Pokémon." The Web Site has revealed the moves and item that Dragonite will be carrying. Upon receiving Dragonite, it will be holding a Yache Berry, and its moves are Dragon Dance, Outrage, Thunderbolt, and Draco Meteor.
