Hi! I'm Evil Figment, third member to join this version of Bulbagarden, and vice-webmaster of the site. (Vice-webmaster means I'm pretty much in charge of supervising everything on the site.)
While I don't usually get involved in Bulbanews much, I'm around to lend a hand when a situation requires it.
I'm a Quebecer presently living in Ottawa, native french speaker (with native-level english). I've been around this fandom since 1999 in one form or another, and involved in moderating sites in the fandom since 2000.
