Word of advice

to become a known resource of information, we depend on our users. we would greatly appreciate if you didnt tell users to go to other websites as its basically advertising and, obviously, draws users away from our site. in a situation like this where all they need to do is explain their problem, and have someone direct them to the advertisement reporting thread, which is how we deal with such an issue. so please dont do that again.
