:Hi. This is a really interesting idea, and I'd like to expand it further before publication. Can we get together a few perspectives from different regions/countries about how the franchise is handled in different areas (especially in the wake of the International Celebi)? It might make for an interesting series of columns, or a meaty opinion piece. If you're interested, post here or contact me on my talk page.
