The Virbank Season of the Pokémon Trading Card Game League has begun. During this season TCG Players who attend a Pokémon League and participate in the games will be able to receive Garchomp via the Pokémon Global Link as a promotional item. Garchomp will be available to download all international Generation V games between January 31, 2013, and February 28, 2013 and will have its Hidden Ability of Rough Skin.
