Originally released in Canada on December 7, 2012 and Europe on March 15, 2013, the Wii mini, a reduced version of the Wii video game system, is going to be available in the United States on November 17, 2013. The Wii mini is colored red, but it lacks any backwards compatibility with Nintendo GameCube games, YPBPR and s-video output, online gaming support, and an SD card slot, and only has one USB port (unlike the other two Wii models preceding the Wii U).
