Serial codes to obtain Ho-Oh in Japanese region Pokémon Sun and Moon are available in this month's CoroCoro Comic. These serial codes can be used until September 14, 2017. It is being distributed to promote the release of Pokémon the Movie 20: I Choose You! in Japan on July 15, 2017.

This Ho-Oh is level 100, has the Ability Pressure, has no held item, and knows the moves Sacred Fire, Brave Bird, Recover and Safeguard. It has the Original Trainer テンセイざん Mount Tensei, the Trainer ID number 170715, and is in a Cherish Ball.
