The physical retail version of the free-to-start Nintendo 3DS eShop title Pokémon Rumble World has been confirmed for release in North America on April 29, 2016.

The physical version of this game removes all microtransactions present in the eShop version. The player starts the game immediately with 3,000 Poké Diamonds and the Poké Diamond Digger, which allows the player to collect 40 more Poké Diamonds once a day.

The eShop version was released worldwide on April 8, 2015. The physical version was released in Japan on November 19, 2015, in Europe on January 22, 2016, and in Australia on January 23, 2016.
