''The Pokémon Company International'' sent out a press release today officially announcing the upcoming release of ''{{TCG|Platinum: Arceus|Arceus}}'', the latest expansion for the TCG.
The Pokémon Company International today announced the English-language release of the ''{{TCG|Platinum: Arceus|Arceus}}'' trading card game expansion will be Nov. 4.


The press release confirms the November 4th release date previously listed by online retailers, and states that this set introduces ''{{p|Arceus}}'' to the TCG audience in the U.S. The expansion will have over 100 new cards including a version of Arceus for every energy type.
The set introduces {{p|Arceus}}, currently the final Pokémon in the {{bp|National Dex}}, to the TCG audience in North America. The expansion will have more than 100 new cards, including a version of Arceus for every energy type.
