Update: The Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza Pokémon Dolls are now available internationally. The password to obtain the Pokémon Dolls is HDW3AD which can be found in a message sent to Pokémon Trainer Club Mailboxes.
Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza Pokémon Dolls will be available to decorate the Dream World via password starting Nov. 16, 2012. The password to obtain the Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza Pokémon Dolls is available through an email sent by the Pokémon Daisuki Club.
Pokémon Dolls that are unlocked can now be selected as avatars for a player's "My Page" on the International Pokémon Global Link.
