HGSS American release party details revealed

Event to feature footprint route around Times Square

As with past major releases, a release party is to be hosted in Times Square for the release of the Johto remakes, Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver Versions. The party will be centered at the Toys "R" Us store, with a path around the Broadway Plaza to promote the Pokéwalker. The makeshift "Route" will consist of Pikachu's footprints placed around the plaza. In addition, game competitions and discussions will occur. The party will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 1 p.m. on March 14, Eastern time.
Smaller parties will also take place at more than 500 Toys "R" Us stores across America.
