A tour celebrating the 10th anniversary of Pokémon has begun travelling the United Kingdom. By the end of the tour eight cities will have been visited. Events at each stop include Trading Figure and Trading Card Game stations, episode showings and a giveaway of Europe's top ten Pokémon.
The event dates and locations are below:
- Southampton, West Quay: Oct. 14-15
- Manchester, Trafford Centre: Oct. 21-22
- Newcastle, Metro Centre: Oct. 23-24
- London, Lakeside: Oct. 26-27
- Cardiff, Capitol: Oct. 28-29
- Glasgow, Buchanan Galleries: Nov. 4-5
- Milton Keynes, The Centre: Nov. 11-12
- Birmingham, The Bull Ring: Nov. 18-19
The top ten Pokémon were voted for in May in a poll commissioned by Nintendo of Europe. They are: Lugia, Ho-Oh, Entei, Latios, Latias, Charizard, Articuno, Raikou, Suicune, Pikachu (holding a Light Ball).
