To celebrate the release of {{bp|M14|Pokémon The Movie: White — Victini and Zekrom}} and {{bp|M14|Pokémon The Movie: Black — Victini and Reshiram}} in the US, {{bp|The Pokémon Company}} are giving UK residents the chance to obtain Victini once again. Victini was previously available to download in the UK from Mar. 4, 2011 to Apr. 27, 2011.
Following the Japanese cinema distribution and the North American game Wi-Fi distribution, {{p|Victini}} is now available via {{bp|Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection}} to those with PAL copies of {{bp|Pokémon Black and White Versions|Pokémon Black & White}}. The event runs from Dec. 3 to 31, much like the event for North American games.


The Victini available to download now is able to use not only {{bp|V-create (move)|V-create}}, it's signature move, but also the signature moves of {{p|Reshiram}} and {{p|Zekrom}}, {{bp|Fusion Flare (move)|Fusion Flare}} and {{bp|Fusion Bolt (move)|Fusion Bolt}} respectively.
To celebrate the release of {{bp|M14|Pokémon The Movie: White — Victini and Zekrom}} and {{bp|M14|Pokémon The Movie: Black — Victini and Reshiram}} in the US, this Victini has the moves {{m4|V-create|Fusion Flare|Fusion Bolt|Searing Shot}}, the first three of which are exclusive to these movie-related events.


The Victini will only be available to download until Dec. 31, 2011.
This Victini will be available to Korean games starting tomorrow, Dec. 15, to Dec. 31.
