After airing in Japan and the United States, Pokémon Origins will now also be broadcast in the United Kingdom starting May 27. British television channel CITV has announced to air all four parts of the special Pokémon anime miniseries on four different days. The first part will air on May 27, closing with the airing of the fourth part on May 30. Each part will air at 7:35 a.m.
Pokémon Origins is a Pokémon anime miniseries unrelated to the main anime series. It closely follows the story of the first Pokémon video games, Pokémon Red and Blue. It follows Red, who journeys through the Kanto region.
