::::::Definitely. The search tool returns 62 entries registered to Nintendo of America Inc. containing the word "POKÉMON" ([http://tinyurl.com/phsgr7 here]). What Does The "Interesting Excerpt" Mean? Cal05000 21:48, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
- I believe it means that the excerpt is implying features in the upcoming remakes that some would view to be interesting, mainly the communication aspect. Redstar 23:12, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
- Actually, I would believe that the trademarks need to be registered under that section of Goods and Services, because of the manner in which the games can utilise Nintendo Wi-Fi. It really doesn't hint at any new features. Remember how D/P could send a message to your Wii if your trade on the GTS went through? TheChrisD 02:26, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
- That was in Platinum. I was mostly referring to this part: music stored in databases accessible via telecommunication networks or Web based messaging services for the exchange of text messages, newsletters, pictures, news, data and videos;--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 13:55, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
- That's just part of the overall category of good or service in which the game falls under. Just because it's mentioned there doesn't necessarily mean that the games are going to utilise features like that.
- I could make the same argument that the game card will ship inside of a golf ball, since one of the G&S types the game is registered under includes the description: golf balls. TheChrisD 14:44, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
- It sounds more to me like a website about HG&SS than anything else (things like streaming video within a DS game sound especially unlikely). Probably the Pokémon Garden Ampere 02:28, 18 May 2009 (UTC)
