Swellow/Swallow

Yeah, those were just swallows. Swellow's coloration is remarkably similar to the coloration of actual swallows, which is probably why these particular swallows resemble Swellow so much. Philos 19:11, 12 September 2010 (UTC)

I think it's pretty clearly a swallow, for two reasons: 1. Taillow/Swellow aren't nearly well-known enough to be parodied by the Simpsons. Just a public consciousness thing. 2. The line about them returning to Springfield is pretty clearly a reference to the famous Capistrano Swallows, whose annual return to their nests is a pretty big tourist attraction. • One of the Hackidu referred by name is a "Scramisaur", and it is mentioned that there's a TV show, as much as I can remember. The cards also seem similar to the novelty collectible cards by Topps. [1] Though it could be as much a Yu-Gi-Oh reference. Knuclear200x 03:03, 14 September 2010 (UTC)
