:No. As long as you have Wi-Fi you can get it anywhere in the world. New Sprites

Jirachi
I´ve seen the receiving Jirachi site, but i dont read japanese. If anyone who can read japanese please visit the site and translate, not the whole page, but the part that you have to have a DPP game and a DS console. Thanks.
