Nintendo have today announced that they will be attending this year's Penny Arcade Expo - which begins in Seattle tomorrow and runs through the weekend - with a selection of upcoming and recently released titles playable on the show floor. One such title will be Melee Pokemon Scramble - to be known as Pokémon Rumble outside of Japan - a WiiWare game released in Japan this summer that allows the player to take control of a Pokémon wind-up figure and, using that Pokémon's attacks, fight their way through an assortment of levels and ever-more difficult enemies. Currently, Nintendo has made no announcement on the expected release date for the title.
Also available for visitors to play will be the upcoming Super Mario Brothers Wii, The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks and Mario and Luigi 3: Bowser's Inside Story as well as recently released titles: Metroid Prime Trilogy, Wii Sports Resort and Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box.
DSiWare title, Flipnote Studio will also be heavily featured at the event, being demonstrated by professional artists with a rich background in comic or videogame art - including: Scott Kurtz (PvP), Eric Jones (DC Comics: Supergirl: Cosmic Adventures in the 8th Grade), Christina Strain (Marvel Comics: Runaways), Mike Choi (Marvel: X-Force), Edison Yan (5th Cell: Scribblenauts) and Ryan Jones (Telltale Games: Tales of Monkey Island).
