The official Pokémon website has shown silhouettes of the three starter Pokémon players may obtain when they play Pokémon Black and White. According to the site, their English names will be revealed on Nov. 22.
The only Generation V Pokémon revealed to those outside Japan, and those are the version mascots Reshiram and Zekrom, who retain their names for international releases. On Nov. 22, Monday, the site will reveal the English names of the Grass-type Tsutarja, the Fire-type Pokabu and the Water-type Mijumaru, all of which have been referred to by various nicknames by many fans after their revelation to Japanese audiences, such as the recognized Smugleaf for Tsutarja.
The Japanese versions of Pokémon Black and White were released last Sept. 18. North American and European versions will be released Spring 2011.
