Keldeo will be available at the Stockmann Department store in Oulu from Sept. 11, 2012. until Sept. 23, 2012. Keldeo has the moveset Aqua Jet, Leer, Double Kick and BubbleBeam and will be level 15.
When Keldeo is taken to Moor of Icirrus with Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion, it can learn the move Secret Sword. When Keldeo is transferred to Black 2 and White 2, it can also learn Secret Sword under the same circumstances at Oath Woods. Knowing Secret Sword in Black 2 and White 2 will cause Keldeo to transform into its Resolute Form.
