The official card website has updated with several new details on the side events for the Battle Festa 2014 tournament happening this October-November. The Battle Festa will first be held on Oct. 26.
Those who go to the venue to participate in any of the events will earn themselves a special Full Art Pikachu. Players who play in Gym Challenge side events will be able to earn a special Holofoil Robo Substitute promotional card for participating. There are a series of Victory Ring promos also being handed out at this specific side event. For each side event, players will earn one participation point. At 7 points, they earn a Sylveon promo that was first released in the English Sylveon Collection. At 12 points, players earn a pair of unnumbered promotional cards, Absol-EX and Mega Absol-EX.
Imakuni will be appearing as a special guest, dressed as a Slowpoke. Additionally, at the temporary Pokémon Center at the event, there will be exclusive sliding deck boxes and pins available in limited supply.
