Pokémon.com today announced that the code needed to obtain a Manaphy egg in Pokémon Ranger will be revealed in full Jan. 20. More information on the ninth movie, Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea, was provided, including character names.
On a section of the Web site devoted to the legendary Pokémon, Pokémon USA revealed the criteria needed for accessing the Manaphy mission:
- Complete the story mode of Pokémon Ranger and unlock the Ranger Net feature of the game.
- Complete the three extra missions featuring Deoxys, Celebi and Mew.
- Check Pokémon.com for pieces of the alphanumeric code until Jan. 20, when the full code will be revealed.
More details of the ninth movie were provided. The characters of Jackie and (The) Phantom will keep their original names, while Hiromi will be named Lizabeth. Manaphy will retain the title of Prince of the Sea.
