Korea is distributing a level 10 Pikachu in a Cherish Ball with the Ability Static and the moves:
This Pikachu is being distributed to celebrate the opening of a Pokémon pop-up store at the Pokémon World Festival 2018 held at Triple Street, Songdo, Incheon. The event distribution is from April 27 to May 7, 2018 (12 noon to 7 pm). The Pikachu can be obtained in Pokémon Sun, Moon, Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon via infrared.
