To promote the theatrical release of Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea in South Korea, Manaphy will be distributed as a gift starting from July 23, 2015 in South Korea.

The gift Manaphy can be obtained in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Manaphy will be Level 1 and know the moves Tail Glow, Bubble, Water Sport and Heart Swap. Its original Trainer is 물의일족 (Water Tribe) and its Ability is Hydration.
