Outside of the Japanese games, the only way to get a legitimate Celebi is through an event. This week, such an event is coming to Poland.

The event will be happening in Warsaw, organised by Pokemon Valhalla under the patronage of Nintendo Poland, in connection with the upcoming premiere of Zoroark:Master of Illusions in Poland. The movie itself will premiere a week later, on August 27.

The Celebi available is the Fateful Encounter Celebi from Movie 13. It can be downloaded to any Generation IV game, and in HeartGold and SoulSilver it activates an event that allows a battle with Giovanni. After transferring it to Black and White, the player can receive a Zorua from Castelia City.

Celebi's owner will be WIN2011, with a trainer ID of 01211. It will be in Cherish Ball, holding a Classic Ribbon and a Jaboca Berry. Celebi will also know Leaf Storm, Recover, Nasty Plot and Healing Wish.

Pokémon Day will begin at noon, and end around 8pm, though the time of ending will largely depend on fans' interest, and it can be moved to an earlier or later hour.

The chance to get Celebi and to trade with other players isn't the only attraction, however. Starting at noon, players will be able to subscribe to a battle tournament, which will start at 2pm. The tournament will use an elimination system. The next contest, an art contest, will begin at 4pm, in which all participants will sketch a chosen Pokémon. The third and last contest will start at 6pm, and will be a special knowledge test about Pokémon.

The aforementioned tournament will have these rules:

As mentioned on Pokemon Valhalla, this is first event of its type in Poland. That means that players from Poland no longer need trade with other countries to get this event-exclusive Pokémon, and will be able to use "Get via Wireless" for the first time.
