Codes to obtain Volcanion will be distributed in North America and Europe in October 2016. These codes can be redeemed in Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire.
This Volcanion will be level 70, holds the Assault Vest, and has the moves Steam Eruption, Flamethrower, Hydro Pump and Explosion.
In the United States, Germany, and Italy, codes will be available at GameStop stores. Codes will also be available in France and Spain, but the stores it will be available at have not been announced. The British English site states that codes will be available at GameStop stores, but this is likely an error.
This Volcanion is being distributed to promote the 19th movie.
