As stated in an [[Old Mansion Dream World event announced|earlier entry]], it comes with new Pokémon with Hidden Abilities, the location-exclusive 「ろうそく消し」 ''Candle Extinguishing'' mini-game, new items, new berries, and new Décor.

An additional description states that the Spooky Manor houses many {{bp|Psychic (type)|Psychic-}}, {{bp|Ghost (type)|Ghost-}}, and {{bp|Dark (type)|Dark-type}} {{bp|Pokémon (species)|Pokémon}}, including {{bp|Duskull (Pokémon)|Duskull}}, {{bp|Misdreavus (Pokémon)|Misdreavus}} and {{bp|Houndour (Pokémon)|Houndour}}. The expansion will also have a new catalogue for the Spooky Manor. More details will come when it goes live.
