It is in a Cherish Ball, and is holding a Rowap Berry

It is obtainable in store from around the 5th of November to about the 16th of November

P.S. I have seen a poster, and I have found evidence that at least 2 others have as well, and I know that its obtainable from at least 2 capitals of Australia
