As previously reported on Bulbanews, the Eon Ticket has become available via Wi-Fi download code. The Eon Ticket is downloadable from February 27 through March 2, 2015. The Eon Ticket code will not work for any players which have already obtained the ticket via StreetPass.
On American region games, the code is 2015LATIOSLATIAS. On PAL region games, the code is POKEMON380381.
