A special Pikachu will be distributed in Fukushima, Japan on Dec. 20, 2015 as a part of the Pokémon with You campaign. The Pikachu can be obtained in Pokémon X and Y and Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
The Pikachu is level 99, and knows the moves Happy Hour, Play Nice, Hold Hands and Flash. It comes holding a Rare Candy and has the Souvenir Ribbon.
