The second wave of Nintendo's line of Amiibo figures, which includes Lucario and 10 other characters from various Nintendo franchises, has had its Australia and New Zealand release date moved from February 2015 to January 29th, 2015.
The first wave of the line of Amiibo figures, which are compatible with various Wii U titles (most notably Super Smash Bros. for Wii U) via placing them on the console's Game Pad, were released November of this year, and the second wave will see its release worldwide in January and February of 2015.
