The ending theme song for the 11th Pokémon movie, Giratina and the Sky's Bouquet: Shaymin, will be ONE by Crystal Kay, according the artist's Web site. The 22-year-old R&B and pop singer, songwriter and model is an American citizen living in Japan and is fluent in both English and Japanese. A new film trailer featuring the movie version of the song will debut Saturday.

According to Wikipedia, Crystal Kay, whose family name is Williams, was born to an African-American father and Korean-Japanese mother. Her singing debut came at age 13, and she currently attends Sophia University, one of Tokyo's top private universities. Pokeani writes that when Crystal Kay was attending an American high school in Japan, she watched the English-language version of the Pokémon anime.

One of Crystal Kay's top 10 hits, Motherland, was used as an ending theme song for the Fullmetal Alchemist anime series.

Giratina and the Sky's Bouquet: Shaymin will debut in Japanese theaters July 19.
