A new website for Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs has been launched. It has information about the games, including the characters and the start of the story. Among the information, some new English names have been revealed. The player's partner, the opposite gender player character, is called Summer if the player is male, and Ben if the player is female. Area Ranger Talga and his wife Leila will be called Rand and Leanne respectively, while like her red colleague, Blue Eye has been renamed Blue Eyes. Mitonga Island, Faldera Island and Faldera Volcano keep their names, while Kokona Village is now spelt Cocona Village, Naname Village is now called Tilt Village, Sopiana Island is called Sophian Island and Solbelas Mountain has been named Mt. Sorbet.
