According to NTower, even though Pokémon X and Pokémon Y will be compatible with Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, neither X nor Y will receive a software patch for the new Mega Evolutions, including the recently-revealed Mega Steelix or Mega Glalie, or the Primal forms of Groudon or Kyogre.
