A medal game is a type of acarde game in which the player exchanges cash for medals in the arcade to insert into the machine to play the game and more medals can be won while playing the game. The game will have a multiplayer option for up to four players with a screen and bench for each player. There are screenshots of the gameplay featuring {{p|Scraggy}}, {{p|Snivy}}, {{p|Pikachu}}, {{p|Oshawott}} and {{p|Tepig}} with {{p|Pidove}}, {{p|Sewaddle}}, {{p|Audino}}, {{p|Deerling}}, {{p|Cottonee}}, {{p|Emolga}} and {{p|Foongus}} in hexagons.
