After being out for just over a week, the free-to-play {{bp|Nintendo 3DS}} {{bp|eShop}} title {{bp|Pokémon Shuffle}} has surpassed one million downloads.  To commemorate this accomplishment, players are being awarded with a free Complexity -1 item, which normally costs Coins in-game.

To receive this free item, the player needs to use the Check In function and connect to the internet. The Check In function is available to players after beating Stage 11 in the game.
