A Shiny Jirachi will be available via serial code in Japan later this year. To obtain a code, players must buy a silicon wristband that is part of the Pokémon Christmas Party 2014 campaign (Japanese: ポケモンクリスマスパーティ2014). These wristbands can be purchased from Pokémon Center stores. The serial codes can be used to obtain Jirachi from Dec. 1, 2014 to May 28, 2015.
