The official rotation for the 2017 Pokémon TCG Standard and Expanded formats has been revealed. The new season will begin on July 11 but the rotation will not occur until September 1.

The following sets will be in the Standard format:


No sets will be removed from Expanded format. Therefore the following sets will be in the Expanded format:


Shiftry from Next Destinies and Lysandre's Trump Card from Phantom Forces will continue to be banned in the Expanded Format for 2017 season. Further expansions will become legal in the Standard and Expanded formats on the third Friday after they are released in the United States.
