I have seen after writing this that Bulbapedia page says that it is also available in the rest of Europe. - Are you sure that this is available throughout all of Europe? I couldn't find any articles related to it on the French nor the German website about it. --BaileyPlaysPokemon 15:43, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
