No it doesn't. It specifies that it can be obtained in "English, Spanish, German, and Italian language copies of Black 2 and White 2". Besides, all events are distributed based on game language, not geographic location; the only thing is that with non-Wi-Fi events they are at specific locations in specific countries. --SnorlaxMonster 08:18, 1 February 2013 (UTC)
